Important Store Information

Store Dates: October 15 – October 30, 2026

Ordering Deadline: The store closes on October 30. All orders must be placed before the deadline.
Production: All apparel is custom-made to order. Production will begin after the store closes, not when individual orders are placed.
Shipping: Orders are expected to ship approximately two weeks after the store closes.
Product Availability & Substitutions: All items are subject to availability. If a selected color, style, or brand becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable brand or style of similar quality and color to fulfill your order.
Returns & Exchanges: Because all items are custom-made, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for sizing errors or changes of mind. Defective or incorrectly fulfilled items will be addressed.
Sizing: Please review the size charts carefully before ordering. Sizing can vary between brands and styles.
Minimum Orders: Each design must meet a minimum of 12 pieces for production. If a design does not meet the minimum, affected customers will be contacted and refunded.
