Ordering & Production

All orders are collected during the store period. Production will begin after the store closes on October 18. Items are not produced as individual orders are placed.

All orders will be shipped directly to the customer at the shipping address provided during checkout. Orders are expected to ship the first week of November. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items in this store are custom decorated and produced specifically for each order, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or items ordered.
