Important Ordering Information

  • Store Closing Date: The store will close on Sunday, November 8, 2026. All orders must be placed before the store closes.

  • Production & Shipping: All items are custom-made and will go into production after the store closes. Please allow approximately 2 weeks after closing for orders to be completed and shipped.

  • Shipping: All orders will be shipped directly to the address provided at checkout. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Because all items are custom-made, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or other customer ordering errors.

  • Sizing: Please review the sizing information carefully before placing your order.

  • Order Changes: Once the store closes, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

  • Product Availability: In the event of an unexpected manufacturer stock shortage, we will contact you regarding available alternatives.
